• រយៈពេល ៥ឆ្នាំក្រោយពីដណ្តើមមកវិញនូវឯករាជ្យភាព ពី នឹមបារាំងសែស ដោយ ព្រះមហាវិរក្សត្រ ព្រះវររាជបិតា ឯករាជ្យជាតិខ្មែរ នរោត្តម សីហនុ នៅ គ.ស. ១៩៥៨ ( រជ្ជកាលហ្លួង នរោត្តម សុរាម្រឹត ) ហ្លួងបានត្រាស់បញ្ជា អោយសាងសង់ ស្តូបវិមានឯករាជ្យមួយ ដែល ហៅថា អនុស្សាវរីយ៍វិមានឯករាជ្យ ដើម្បីជាការ តបស្នងសងគុណ ចំពោះប្រជានុរាស្រ្តដែលជាកូនចៅ ជាអ្នក ហែរហមហ្លួង និងហា៊នពលីជីវិតដើម្បី ទាមទារមកវិញនូវឯករាជ្យ ជួនជាតិមាតុភូមិដ៍ជាទីស្រឡាញ់ ។

- វិមានឯករាជ្យមាន កម្ពស់ ២០ មែ៉ត្រ ចែកជា ៥ជាន់

- លំនាំតាមរចនាបថ អង្គរ រាងជាផ្កាឈូកក្រពុំ និងមានក្បាលនាគ សរុបចំនួន ១០០

- អ្នកគូរប្លង់ លោក វណ្ណ ម៉ូលីវណ្ណ ។

• Five years after The father of Khmer independent nation King Norodom Sihanouk brought Independent from France for his people and country in 1958 ( in the reigns of King Norodom Soramrith the father of King Sihanouk ) he commented to build a huge monument of independent for thanks to all his people ,whose helped him to done this obligations as Khmer people.

- The independent monument high 20 meters and has five floors.

- This monument was copied style from The Angkor style as a lotus flower and has 100 Naga's heads.

- Architecture: Mr. Vann Moly Vann .
